This walk off the beaten tracks of leather handcrafting brings the “Fred PINEL” to life: a knife manufactured by La Forge Laguiole with a PMMA handle and a stainless steel blade which respects the codes of Laguiole cutlery handcrafting while offering a resolutely innovative design.
